In 2008, the company designed and manufactured 750000 tons/year EP coking gas producer flue gas purification system for Brazil Usiminas Co., LTD. This system use technology of all dry purification, outside filtering, offline low pressure pulse blowing and two bucket three valve ash removal. Positive pressure operation process, adopt mechanical dust collection, emission regularly. All equipment and data in system use industrial control computer PLC to remote control and monitor, and supplemented manual operation. In automation design, adopted the ten chain of operation parameters and the working state of pulse valve remote monitoring computer.
The project is the turn-key project. In design, use 1 set of gas heating equipment and 7 sets of LCDM-246 long bag low pressure pulse bag filter. The max gas processing amount 73856Nm3/h, filter area 1722 m2, clean gas dust amount below 10mg/Nm3. This technology is the first one both home and abroad.
